2008 Challenger Program (click to download application)

The Challenger Program was established in 1989 as a separate division of Little League Baseball to enable boys and girls with physical and mental disabilities, ages 5-18 or the completion of high school, to enjoy the game of baseball along with the millions of other children who participate in this sport worldwide.

California District 54 is looking for children in our community who would like to participate in our Challenger Program. If you have a child with special needs or know someone that does, please encourage them to register for the 2008 season.

REGISTRATION
1. Print the Challenger Registration Form and complete
2. Make a copy of your child’s birth certificate
3. Write a check for $25.00 payable to "District 54"
4. Mail (no later than Feb. 1, 2008) items 1-3 to:
